ACT Lil’ Heroes: The Foundation
Ages 5–7
Building fundamental physical literacy, spatial awareness, and basic body mechanics. We instill the core principles of safety, discipline, and team coordination in a fun and supportive environment.
- Key Focus:
- Body Control: Basic tumbling, Martial arts techniques, and spatial awareness.
- Safety Basics: Learning how to fall safely and follow group protocols.
ACT Junior: Developing the Craft
Ages 7–9
Combining foundational athleticism with the early mechanics of action performance for stage and screen.
- Key Focus:
- Intro to Choreography: Learning, and repeating short solo and group movement sequences
- Foundational Agility: Basic acrobatics, parkour elements, and controlled falling.
- Action Teamwork: Partner spatial awareness and introductory non-contact stage combat.
ACT Senior: Performance & Integration
Ages 10–12
Storytelling through movement and high-impact performances for both camera and a live audience.

- Cinematic Fighting: Camera angles, timing, and selling the impact.
- Stage Craft: Spacing, projection, and maintaining live sightlines.
- Choreography & Flow: Blending complex movements into seamless, repeatable sequences.
Stunt Lab Pro: Professional Mastery
Transform high-level performers into complete, hireable action talent equipped for film, television, and live entertainment.
- Key Focus:
- Advanced Screen & Stage Combat: weapon work, complex reactions, camera-specific timing, and tactical movement with props.
- Specialized Stunt Safety & Rigging: Essential protocols for working safely with and around practical fire, pyrotechnics, vehicles, wirework, and high-elevation environments.
- Impact Protection & Body Mechanics: Advanced deceleration, advanced breakfalls, pad fitting.
- Industry & Audition Strategy: Audition dynamics, reel building, and navigating relationships with stunt coordinators and casting.
- Set Protocol & Professional Etiquette: Comprehensive understanding of set hierarchy, call sheets, comms, live event logistics, and safe work practices.
